Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Vikings Group of Companies in Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The role will ensure smooth daily service execution, uphold authentic and high-quality guest experiences, and maintain strict adherence to service standards. This position plays a key leadership role in delivering consistent operational excellence in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Store Manager

• Strong background in front-of-house operations

• Proven ability to maintain and elevate service standards in a structured, high-volume environment

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards

• Strong leadership presence with a guest-centric and detail-oriented approach

• Amenable to start immediately
