Site Acquisition Officer
SAQ Officer – Key Responsibilities
Process and secure permits from LGUs, Barangays, DPWH, DENR, and other government agencies.
Coordinate Right-of-Way (ROW) approvals and road excavation permits.
Conduct site hunting, site assessments, and field surveys.
Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and permit requirements.
Monitor permit status, validity, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and government offices to ensure project timelines are met.
Resolve permitting and site-related issues that may delay fiber deployment projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred).
1–2+ years experience in Site Acquisition, Permitting, ROW, or Telecom projects.
Knowledge of E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting processes.
Experience in FTTH, OSP, or telecom deployment projects is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and government coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and mapping tools.
Having a vehicle and willingness to do field work are often considered advantages.
