HR Specialist/Officer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Specialist to support and manage various human resources functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Generalist/Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective HR operations that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee relations initiatives and address workplace concerns.
Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
Administer compensation, benefit, and leave management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
Support disciplinary processes and workplace investigations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS .
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration is preferred.
