We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in video editing, color correction, motion graphics, AI-assisted video creation, and visual storytelling. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong creative judgment, and the ability to produce high-quality video content while maintaining brand consistency across digital and social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Video Editing and Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging and polished video content for digital, social media, marketing, and promotional use.

• Trim, arrange, and synchronize video clips, audio, music, sound effects, and voice-overs.

• Ensure smooth pacing, storytelling, and visual flow throughout the final output.

• Deliver videos in the required formats, resolutions, and specifications.

2. Color Correction and Enhancement

• Perform color correction and color grading to achieve a professional and consistent visual style.

• Adjust exposure, contrast, white balance, and overall image quality.

• Enhance footage while maintaining natural and visually appealing results.

• Optimize video quality for various platforms and viewing environments.

3. Motion Graphics and Visual Effects

• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects.

• Apply visual enhancements that improve audience engagement and content quality.

• Ensure animations and effects align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Support the creation of promotional videos, advertisements, and multimedia content.

4. AI-Assisted Video Creation and Enhancement

• Utilize AI-powered tools to assist in video creation, enhancement, and post-production workflows.

• Generate video assets, animations, backgrounds, visual effects, and supporting content using AI platforms when appropriate.

• Create and refine prompts to achieve accurate and high-quality AI-generated outputs.

• Enhance AI-generated videos by correcting visual artifacts, motion inconsistencies, timing issues, and quality defects.

• Use AI tools for tasks such as upscaling, frame interpolation, background replacement, object removal, audio enhancement, lip-syncing, and content generation.

• Evaluate AI-generated content to ensure quality, consistency, brand alignment, and compliance with project requirements.

5. Audio Editing and Optimization

• Clean and enhance audio quality by reducing noise and balancing sound levels.

• Synchronize audio tracks and ensure clear voice and music integration.

• Optimize audio for various platforms and viewing experiences.

• Apply sound effects and basic audio mixing when required.

6. Quality Control

• Review final outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.

• Identify and correct visual, audio, and technical issues before submission.

• Maintain high production standards across multiple projects.

• Ensure all deliverables meet branding, creative, and technical standards.

7. Collaboration and File Management

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, project managers, and stakeholders to complete projects efficiently.

• Organize project files, assets, source footage, and editable project files for revisions and archiving.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules.

• Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations effectively with team members.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Communication Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is an advantage but not required.

• 2–3 years of experience in video editing, post-production, multimedia content creation, or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, color grading, motion graphics, and creative video projects.

• Experience working with AI-assisted content creation tools is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion graphics software.

• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and export settings.

• Experience using AI-powered video creation and editing tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Sora, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create effective prompts and workflows for AI-assisted video generation and enhancement.

• Graphic design and photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or similar software are a plus.
