HR Industrial Relations Associate
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a HR Industrial Relations Associate who will support the team in maintaining a professional, respectful, and structured employee relations environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, respectful in communication, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
Job Overview
The HR Industrial Relations Associate provides administrative and coordination support to industrial relations activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of employee-related matters. The role requires a strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling sensitive cases and information.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Documentation Support (Primary)
Prepare, draft, and organize employee-facing documents such as notices, memoranda, and reports
Transcribe and document meetings related to employee relations activities
Maintain organized and accurate records of IR-related documentation
Assist in processing administrative requirements (e.g., requests, coordination documents)
Industrial Relations Support
Assist in the coordination and documentation of administrative investigations and disciplinary cases
Support the preparation of materials for meetings and discussions involving employee concerns
Help ensure timely communication and follow-through of action items
Coordination and Communication
Coordinate with team members and concerned departments to support case handling and resolution
Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate communication methods depending on the situation and audience
Uphold professionalism and respect in all written and verbal communications
Confidentiality and Discretion Management
Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
Exercise discretion in documenting, storing, and communicating case-related information
Ensure proper safeguarding of documents and records in accordance with company policies
Maintain composure and neutrality when exposed to sensitive or confidential matters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or any related course
Open to fresh graduates
Strong written communication and business writing skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage documentation accurately
Comfortable working within structured processes and established guidelines
Demonstrates a high level of respect and professionalism in dealing with team members and stakeholders
Willing to learn, receive guidance, and support team objectives
Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Able to work in a structured environment with strong adherence to policies and procedures
Communicates clearly while maintaining a respectful and cooperative approach
