Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Tourism, Travel and Tourism, and related disciplines.
Develop and update course materials aligned with current industry trends, sustainable tourism practices, and academic standards.
Conduct research and scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, academic conferences, or tourism-related industry reports.
Supervise student theses, capstone projects, and research work related to tourism and hospitality.
Participate in curriculum development, accreditation preparation, and program assessment.
Engage in industry partnerships, tourism development initiatives, and community outreach.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs, research impact, and institutional development in the tourism sector.
Qualifications:
Masters or PhD in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a closely related field
Proven research track record with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals or academic conferences
Demonstrated expertise in Airline Operations, Sustainable Tourism Development, Tourism Marketing and Policy, Tourism Planning and Development, and Event Management or Ecotourism
Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship
Available to start in the upcoming Academic Year 2026–2027
