Project Manager

Location: Quezon City | Hybrid (M-F)

Employment type: Contractual | Mid Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of small, medium, and large projects within familiar business areas. Projects typically carry medium risk and medium to high complexity. You will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring objectives are met, budgets are maintained, and stakeholders are aligned — all under the guidance of an experienced project management professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer projects, track activities, monitor expenditures, and communicate status updates.

• Escalate issues when necessary to meet project objectives in terms of schedule and budget.

• Communicate project issues and status to all levels of management using verbal, written, and visual formats.

• Serve as the primary customer contact for project matters, negotiating requirements and resolving problems.

• Manage the development and maintenance of project documentation.

• Ensure activities are prioritized and carried out with minimal conflict.

• Assist in planning project objectives, developing work breakdown structures, task matrices, critical paths, and schedules.

• Maintain and track project plan data to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.

• PMP Certification preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.

• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and focus on continuous improvement.

• Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.

• Solid understanding of business operations and industry practices.

• Proven business acumen and analytical ability.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, subject to approval, to support client initiatives.
