Assistant HR Manager
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR administration while helping drive a positive workplace culture.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support employee relations concerns and disciplinary procedures
Monitor attendance, performance evaluations, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records
Support payroll coordination and HR-related administrative tasks
Partner with department heads regarding manpower and HR concerns
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
