Primary Role
Client Engagement: Meet individuals, families, and businesses to understand their financial goals. Build long-term trust-based relationships.
Financial Planning: Assess current financial situations and create strategies for retirement, education, estate planning, and wealth management.
Insurance & Investment Solutions: Offer AXA’s life and general insurance products (savings, investments, health coverage, income protection). Recommend policies aligned with client needs.
Sales & Business Development: Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Ongoing Support: Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, claims assistance, and monitor clients’ financial progress.
