Senior HR Specialist - Recruitment

Work Setup:

  • Based in Makati, Philippines

  • Daily onsite work, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Salary is commensurate to the depth of your experience


About the Role:

The SENIOR HR SPECIALIST will play a key role in driving the Group's recruitment efforts. The role is ideal for an individual passionate about talent acquisition, workforce planning, and building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and outside stakeholders.


What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of human resource management, behavioral science, psychology, or business administration

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline development, talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding.

  • Experienced in hiring for external auditors, lawyers, accountants, and developers.

  • Proven success in hiring mid-to-senior level positions in professional industry as well as technical roles.

  • Innovative and creative in driving sourcing strategies

  • Experienced in developing talent pipeline

  • Skillful and creative in using different graphic design tools

  • Proficient in navigating different sourcing channels including LinkedIn, and social media recruitment.


What You'll Do:

  1. Administer end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, paper screening, initial interview, selection, offer, onboarding, to deployment.

  2. Create engaging job advertisements, copy, and publication materials following the company brand.

  3. Schedule and administer hands-on skills assessment tests of candidates.

  4. Coordinate, schedule, and manage interview appointments of candidates and hiring managers.

  5. Drive recruitment success by consistently meeting KPIs and performance targets.

  6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline database for current and future vacancies.

  7. Facilitate existing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

  8. Develop and drive linkages and partnership initiatives with universities, professional associations, and potential candidates.

  9. Arrange and facilitate university and vendor-initiated job fairs, career events, and industry conferences.

  10. Perform salary benchmarking based on industry, role, and talent market.

  11. Maintain complete and updated job descriptions of all roles in the Group.

  12. Handle employee referral and administer timely request of referral fees up to disbursement.

  13. Assist hiring managers in developing personnel requisition forms and job descriptions.

  14. Prepare and serve job offers and employment agreements.

  15. Provide complete onboarding requirements of new hires on their first day.

  16. Conduct company orientation on organizational structure, culture, policies, and maintain updated orientation decks.
