Admin Officer
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our logistics business in the USA. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly across admin, scheduling, compliance, and operations. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats and staying on top of details in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.

Schedule: 4 days work – 3 consecutive days off
Time: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule
Location: Eastwood, Metro Manila
What You'll Be Doing
Manage owner emails, internal communications, and meeting coordination
Prepare and monitor reports to support management decision-making
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through regular audits and documentation
Build and publish weekly schedules, manage daily adjustments, and maintain staff rosters
Track employee performance records and assist with coaching and HR-related documentation
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, keep track of company vehicle availability, and monitor fuel usage and expenses
Help coordinate the process when employees get injured at work, including paperwork and follow-up steps
Assist with employee enrollment and questions related to company benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once
Good written and verbal communication
Proactive attitude — you flag issues before they become problems
Prior experience in admin, operations, or a similar role is a plus
Tools You'll Work With
Zoho Suite (Mail, Shifts, Cliq, WorkDrive), ADP, Vonage, and internal operations dashboards.
