Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and events, including venue arrangements, catering, and logistical requirements.
Serve as a key point of contact between the Executive and internal or external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Provide administrative and personal support to the Executive, ensuring priorities and commitments are effectively managed.
Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with a strong academic background from a reputable university.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative processes.
Willing to work onsite at Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
