Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager who can lead brand-building initiatives, develop marketing plans, manage campaigns, and strengthen our market presence in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has strong experience in FMCG or distribution, understands retail dynamics, and can work closely with sales, logistics, and principals/suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company sales targets and brand strategies.

• Lead brand management across all platforms, including retail, digital, offline activations, and trade marketing.

• Manage product launches, promotions, and in-store merchandising plans.

• Coordinate with suppliers/principals for brand guidelines, marketing assets, approvals, and promotional programs.

• Oversee market research activities to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.

• Plan, manage, and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of funds.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to align promotional strategies with store and channel requirements.

• Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance evaluations, and ROI analyses.

• Supervise marketing staff, agencies, and third-party suppliers.

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and execution of marketing programs.

• Monitor product visibility, pricing compliance, and merchandising standards across key accounts.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or distribution.

• Strong understanding of trade marketing, retail execution, and brand management.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.

• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino—both written and verbal.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Leadership and people management experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with major retail chains or key accounts.

• Familiarity with trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store activation programs.

• Experience coordinating with international principals or suppliers.

• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
