About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US-licensed Registered Nurse to provide oversight for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in the United States. This position focuses on quality assurance, risk management, medical record review, regulatory compliance, and documentation auditing.

The ideal candidate must have an extensive hands-on experience in US Skilled Nursing environments and a deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid, survey preparedness, and SNF compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Chart Review

• Execute comprehensive chart audits to detect documentation gaps, risk areas, and compliance issues

• Conduct systematic internal quality assurance audits on nursing documentation

• Proactively identify survey risks and regulatory violations

• Review MDS-related documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Monitor for inconsistencies in billing and coding with a specific focus (Medicare/Medicaid focus)

Risk Management & Compliance

• Assist in identifying areas of clinical risk and recommend corrective actions

• Support risk management initiatives and quality improvement projects

• Evaluate incident reports and analyze documentation trends

• Maintain strict adherence to CMS, state-specific, and internal facility protocols.

• Deliver concise quality assurance reports and data summaries for U.S. leadership

• Mastery of U.S. Skilled Nursing record-keeping and charting standards.

• Ability to objectively identify clinical deficiencies and offer professional recommendations.

• Confident communicator capable of interfacing effectively with U.S.-based leadership

• Disciplined adherence to established SOPs and HIPAA-compliant workflows.

• Experience managing quality oversight for multiple sites or complex projects is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (active or expired)

• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience specifically within a U.S. Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Direct experience in quality assurance, chart audits, or medical record review

• Expert knowledge of US SNF regulations and compliance standards

• Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC)

• Fluent in English and Tagalog

• Strong written communication and the ability to interpret complex clinical data.

• Previous history supporting U.S. healthcare providers from a remote or hybrid setting is preferred.
