Recruitment Specialist (Cauayan, Isabela)
The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible in managing and fulfilling hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. His / her main goal is to ensure to execute end-to-end volume recruitment process, consistently attract candidates and provide excellent customer service experience to candidates and hiring managers through effective client management and process excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
Manages the candidate journey from sourcing until onboarding.
Provides excellent applicant experience. Works with Hiring Managers providing timely updates and status of candidate pipeline.
Maintains applicant trackers and reports
What You Need To Have:
Open for Fresh graduates
Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.)
Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
Amenable doing field work
What Can Set You Apart:
Relevant experience in staffing / volume recruitment or account/ project management
Preferably with experience using applicant tracking system
