About Care Garden Therapy

Care Garden Therapy was founded by two mothers who deeply value their work as practitioners but who also believe that a fulfilling career and a rich family life should go hand in hand. We built this practice around the idea that great Positive Behaviour Support doesn't have to come at the cost of quality time with the people you love. We understand the importance of being present for your family, and we've created a flexible, understanding environment where practitioners can do meaningful work and be there for the moments that matter.

We're based in Perth and are gradually expanding Australia wide, with a special focus on Western Australia.

About the Role

As a PBS subcontractor, you'll work with our participants to develop and implement behaviour support plans that improve quality of life and promote positive outcomes. You'll have the flexibility to manage your own caseload while we take care of the administrative side, so you can focus on what you do best.

You're welcome to bring along your existing caseload, and if you'd like to grow, we also provide referrals to help you build your caseload. As we're a growing practice, client build-up is gradual, giving you the chance to settle in and deliver quality support at a sustainable pace.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a practitioner registered at Core level or above under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.

• Generous earnings: You keep 75% of your billings, with 25% retained by the practice to cover administration and overheads.

• 100% of your travel billings paid to you. Your travel time is fully yours.
