Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Performance & Development: Assist managers with the performance appraisal process and identify training or upskilling opportunities for staff.

  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure all company policies comply with local and national labor laws. Update employee handbooks and manage confidential records.
