About the role
XMCBPO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account team. This is a full-time position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the travel industry. This role is urgent, with candidates able to start on 24 June. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our travel clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and support requests with professionalism and expertise. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the operational excellence of our travel services division.
Key responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and account matters
Process travel bookings, flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and related travel services with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers seeking travel options and solutions
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company system
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate information clearly to customers
Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and support clients
Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or travel-related environment is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Proficiency with computer systems, booking platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and find practical solutions
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including potential weekend or evening availability as required
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
