Revit Architect

We are looking for a Revit Architect with solid experience in Digital Twin creation and point cloud to Revit modeling. The successful candidate will work on projects involving highly detailed and accurate BIM models derived from laser scans or point clouds.

This position is based in Angeles City, Pampanga, with a hybrid work setup (home + office) that will be discussed after the initial testing phase.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to ensure an excellent technical and professional fit:

1. Initial Selection – Candidates are shortlisted based on their portfolio and experience (please include samples of your work).

2. Freelance Test Projects – Selected candidates will be assigned to real projects, individually or as part of a team, depending on project size. This stage allows us to evaluate modeling accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

3. Full-Time or Long-Term Offer – After successful completion of the test phase, candidates may be offered a full-time or ongoing position with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• Build precise Revit models from point cloud data (scan-to-BIM).

• Align and validate point clouds with architectural and structural references.

• Ensure model geometry and parameters meet required accuracy and documentation standards.

• Collaborate closely with project leaders and managers to deliver coordinated BIM outputs.

• Maintain organized Revit files and clear project documentation.

• Use and maintain proper Revit libraries in line with BIM and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Autodesk Revit.

• Proven ability to convert point clouds to Revit models with high accuracy.

• Familiarity with Autodesk ReCap, Navisworks, or similar tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.

• Strong communication skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.

• Portfolio and sample work are required with your application.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Digital Twin workflows or integration platforms.

• Experience with Revit family creation and parametric modeling.

• Previous experience with industrial, commercial, or heritage scan-to-BIM projects.
