Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Delivery Riders to transport goods, packages, and food orders to customers promptly and in good condition. You will be the face of our service, ensuring timely deliveries and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages, food items, or goods to assigned locations within the designated time frame.

• Verify order details, recipient information, and delivery instructions before departure.

• Handle items with care to prevent damage, loss, or spillage during transit.

• Collect payments or confirm proof of delivery as required.

• Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company or personal motorcycle/bike.

• Update status via mobile app or report to the dispatch team regarding delays, issues, or completed deliveries.

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Professional or Non-Professional) and registered motorcycle/bike (if using own unit).

• Familiarity with NCR and nearby areas; ability to use navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).

• Good sense of direction and time management skills.

• Physically fit and able to lift/carry items as needed.

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• No major traffic violations or criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery rider or in logistics/food service.

• Knowledge of local routes and shortcuts.

• Owns a motorcycle with complete documents and insurance.
