Restaurant Unit Head
Key Responsibilities
For All Roles:
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Supervise and motivate service and kitchen staff
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Additional Responsibilities by Role:
Restaurant Supervisor
Support the management team in daily operations
Train new staff and monitor staff performance
Ensure service standards are met during shifts
Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall management
Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
Control costs, inventory, and wastage
Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Restaurant Manager (RM)
Lead and manage the entire restaurant operation
Drive sales growth and profitability
Prepare reports on sales, costs, and staff performance
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and brand standards
Qualifications:
• Minimum [1–5] years of experience in the restaurant or F&B industry (based on role)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mind-set
