Key Responsibilities

For All Roles:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Supervise and motivate service and kitchen staff

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs


Additional Responsibilities by Role:

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Support the management team in daily operations

  • Train new staff and monitor staff performance

  • Ensure service standards are met during shifts


Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall management

  • Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters

  • Control costs, inventory, and wastage

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs


Restaurant Manager (RM)

  • Lead and manage the entire restaurant operation

  • Drive sales growth and profitability

  • Prepare reports on sales, costs, and staff performance

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and brand standards


Qualifications:

• Minimum [1–5] years of experience in the restaurant or F&B industry (based on role)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mind-set
