About the role
DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call centre team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. Key responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries and requests via telephone in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
Follow company protocols and procedures consistently during all calls
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest improvements
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement
Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly
Patient and empathetic approach to handling customer concerns and complaints
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate customer service systems
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet performance targets
Reliability and punctuality, with availability for full-time shifts
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
