About the role

GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and individuals new to the call centre industry. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. This role is vital to our commitment to customer satisfaction and our reputation for excellence in service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner

  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency

  3. Providing accurate information about products, services and company policies

  4. Processing customer requests, orders and transactions accurately

  5. Following established call centre scripts and procedures whilst maintaining a natural conversational style

  6. Documenting all customer interactions and relevant information in the system

  7. Meeting individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics

  8. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues

  9. Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

  10. Adhering to company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)

  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear diction and professional tone

  3. Strong listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs

  4. Patient and empathetic approach to customer service

  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently

  6. Proficiency in using computer systems and basic typing skills

  7. Reliable and punctual with strong attendance record

  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures

  9. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

  10. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues

  11. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

  12. Previous call centre experience is not required; we welcome newbies with the right attitude
