You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

  • Follow company procedures and quality standards.

  • Meet productivity and performance goals.

  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate.

  • No call center experience required.

  • B2 level English communication skills preferred.

  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and navigation skills.

  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

  • Eager to learn and grow in a customer service environment.
