I am an AXA Unit Manager looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to help me build and grow my team of financial advisors in Pangasinan.
If you love talking to people, helping them find opportunities, and guiding them through processes β this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will work directly with me (the Unit Manager) to attract, screen, and onboard new financial advisors.
Your main tasks include:
π’ Post job ads β Share job posts for AXA Financial Advisor roles (General Insurance, Health, Investment, Retirement, Family Protection, Small Business Advisor) on social media, job boards, and messaging groups
π¬ Respond to inquiries β Answer questions from interested candidates using friendly, pre-approved recruitment messages
β Screen candidates β Conduct quick chats or calls to check qualifications (college graduate, sales background is an advantage, looking for extra income)
π Collect applications β Gather candidate information (name, contact number, current employment, availability)
π€ Schedule interviews β Arrange online or face-to-face meetings between qualified candidates and me (the Unit Manager)
ποΈ Assist applicants during AXA Discovery Day β Guide candidates through the Discovery Day event, answer their questions, and ensure they attend and participate
π Assist financial advisors on their onboarding process β Help new advisors complete initial steps after they are approved
π Assist with requirements β Help new advisors prepare and submit their pre-employment and licensing requirements (government IDs, application forms, etc.)
π Follow up β Send reminders to candidates and new advisors about training schedules, deadlines, and missing requirements
π Track progress β Maintain a simple tracker of applicants, their status (inquiry β screened β Discovery Day attended β onboarded β activated)
Qualifications
College graduate (any Bachelor's degree)
Recruitment, HR, admin, or sales background is an advantage (but not required)
Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication and people skills
Comfortable using Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, and basic Google tools (Sheets/Docs)
Self-motivated and reliable
Willing to work hybrid in Pangasinan
Recruitment or HR background is an advantage β But not required. I will train you.
Work Location
Hybrid remote in Pangasinan β work from home or meet at the AXA office as needed.
