Full-Time | Onsite | Financial Account

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, provide accurate information regarding financial products and services, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an onsite position ideal for candidates with prior call center experience who are looking to grow their career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to financial accounts.

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and general requests.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.

  • Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

  • Adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate.

  • At least 6 months of Call Center experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level proficiency preferred).

  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.

  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.

  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
