Credit and Collection - Account Officer

We are urgently looking for a Credit & Collection - Account Officer who will:

• Acts as a frontliner, making prompt and accurate response to queries, complaints, requests of buyers, attends to billing and account concerns, cancellations, and other related matters;

• Facilitates cash payment for monthly amortizations and equity

• Communicates and sends notices to buyers with overdue monthly amortization and equity

• Facilitates turnover of clearance documents with approved housing loans to buyers

• Handles orientation of newly reserved / prospective buyers with regards to policies in terms of payments and other legal obligations when obtaining a housing loan

Job Requirements

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or equivalent

• Preferably with 1 year experience in credit and collection activities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with financial software and databases.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
