Site Mechanical Engineer with PRC License 48137
• Interface with co-engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and site about day to day work plans, accomplishment & critical schedules.
• Review, analyze & resolve site coordinating issues with M&E sub-contractors & site civil supervisor.
• Maintain daily recap of events for review with the Project Manager on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate safety efforts, quality control, ISO quality manuals during working time and weekly sub-contractors meeting.
• Interpret plans, drawings, details and specs for M&E sub-contractors and craftsmen workers. Perform materials take-off & create materials requisitions.
• Pro-active in the contract administration, scheduling, costing, estimates quality control and supervision of the project.
• Check shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Supervise & direct M&E sub-contractors, suppliers, labor force & coordinate with Clients direct contractors to project completion.
• Assure that schedule and quality is fully understood by the M&E sub-contractors.
• Implement and overseer compliance of related processes based on the organization’s KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
• Execute all the necessary changes of related processes relevant to KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
• Any task in relation to the designation directed by Supervisor or Top Management.
Job Requirements;
• Bachelor’s of science in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
• At minimum 3 years pro-active experience in general & building constructions works.
• Sound working knowledge of ISO quality standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, Fire & Mechanical Code of the Philippines.
• With sound working knowledge of, and experience with contract documentations, procedures, administration & supervision of construction work.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project software.
