MODERN PUV SALES MANAGER
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Modern Jeepney sales
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding Modern Jeepney sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledgeable in modern jeepney products and local market dynamics
Well-connected with strong relationships with transport cooperatives
Willing to travel within assigned areas
Job Responsibilities:
Source and close Modern Jeepney sales opportunities
Lead, mentor, and manage re sales representatives and sales executive.
Present and promote NZH Modern Jeepney products and package offers
Assist clients and Coordinate with banks/lending companies for jeepney loan processing
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the assigned area.
Support client in applying for LTFRB and other government subsidies
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Set sales targets and submit weekly sales reports
The Sales Manager shall be assigned quotas, targets, and strategic sales tasks by the Jeepney Project Director and is required to complete all assigned responsibilities and regular reporting of performance and field activities to the Jeepney Project Director.
NOTE: Employee deployment is based on their residence or preferred location to focus on their assigned areas for client sourcing.
Compensation & Incentives
40,000 - 100,000 monthly all-in salary and allowance
High commission per unit sold (released upon full payment received)
Referral bonus for partner bank/lending companies
Additional year-end rewards based on total units sold
