HR ADMIN - CUBAO
Core Responsibilities
Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including employment contracts, performance reviews, and leave data in the HRIS.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new-hire orientation, collect and verify requirements, set up system access, and process exit documents.
Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact to answer routine staff questions regarding company policies, benefits, and time-off balances.
Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, organize candidate records, and schedule interviews.
Payroll & Benefits: Gather time-and-attendance data, process leave requests, and assist with benefits enrollment administration.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure company practices adhere to local labor laws, and pull data to generate HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics).
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant administrative or HR support experience.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
Soft Skills: Absolute discretion when handling confidential information, excellent multitasking abilities, and clear interpersonal communication.
