Position: Branch Head
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and activities of a branch/branch-lite-unit (BLU
Market the Bank's various products in service of the Bank's targets and objectives
Oversee the processing of loans and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
Verify and approve the withdrawal of savings and time deposits
Coordinate activities with the head office to ensure practices are consistent and compliant with bank policies and BSP regulations.
Create a strong workforce by developing staff through training, coaching a supervision of branch/BLU personnel.
Attend to customer complaints according to the Financial Consumer Protection policy of the Bank
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management.
