COMPANY PROFILE: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.
Position: Mandarin Business Development Executive

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 115,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to candidate with full working rights in Philippine who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Graduate with an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or a related field.
Having a good year of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is a big advantage.
Having a good year of product innovation and marketing experience.
Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Support end-to-end management of product and packaging innovation projects, spanning concept development, feasibility testing, R&D, and business approval.
Coordinate project meetings such as kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions, making sure important decisions and updates reach all relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation by consolidating all essential information and supporting materials.
Develop strong relationships and promote a culture of continuous improvement to encourage cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution
