Part-Time Ecommerce Assistant (Shopify & Canva Experience)

• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (5hours per day / 20 hours per week)

• Work Type: Part-time only

• Work Setup: Office-based role (Angeles City)

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience using Shopify (product uploads, basic store management)

• Proficiency in Canva (graphic design for digital marketing)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and online selling

• Strong attention to detail

• Advanced level of English (written & verbal)

• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Thursday

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)

• Design marketing materials using Canva (social media posts, banners, ads, email graphics)

• Maintain website layout, collections, and product organization

• Support order processing and basic customer inquiries

• Collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and seasonal content

• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and product pages
