Provides safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Ensures continuity of holistic nursing care by implementing the nursing process, executing physician’s orders accurately, and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis.
Coordinates with the renal care team to manage patient conditions, respond to complications, and maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
Adheres to strict infection control, patient safety, and quality standards while operating and supervising dialysis equipment and assisting in patient education to promote treatment compliance and renal health management.
