Company Chemist
Ensure all operations adhere to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other relevant local and international standards.
Review and approve all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing formulas, batch records, and quality control specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise the weighing, compounding, mixing, filling, and packaging processes to ensure they follow approved formulas and specifications.
Verify the quality and correctness of all raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials before use in production.
Oversee the work of the quality control laboratory, including sampling, testing, and analysis of materials and products.
Review and validate analytical methods, test results, and certificates of analysis (COA).
Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable records of all manufacturing, testing, and distribution activities as required by law.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) degree
Must be a registered pharmacist with a valid license issued by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) / Board of Pharmacy.
