What You'll Do
A successful Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Source candidates through various channels (Workday, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals)
Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews
Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, JSM)
Support offer negotiations and closing of candidates
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes
Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., onboarding-related project/task, process improvements, pipeline building)
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
At least 5+ years of recruitment experience handling end-to-end hiring in a BPO environment
Knowledgeable in Workday recruiting tool
What You May Need to be Successful:
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing hiring targets
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.
Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers
Must be amenable to work remotely in the Day Shift and/or shifting schedules.
Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces
Willing to work on a TEMPORARY employment arrangement (6 months)
