Healthcare Billing Support Representative - Davao City

Job Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate or completed at least 2 years of college.

• Minimum 6 months experience in Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting.

• Experience in a BPO Healthcare Account is required.

• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), payer verification portals, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Working knowledge of ICD-9 (10) and CPT terminology.

• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology.

• Solid grasp of different US insurance plan types and benefits.

• Strong knowledge on eligibility, different policies / plans and benefits

• Experience in requesting and processing financial payments.

• Knowledge of charity care programs as well as the various government and non-government programs preferred

• Willing to work on-site in Davao City.
