Branch Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Engineer)
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies needed to do the Job:
With a minimum two (2) years of experience in repairs, maintenance and building construction.
Proficient in materials take off and quantity estimates for preparation.
Proficient in Branch repair and maintenance supervision.
Must be knowledgeable in trouble shooting.
Must be knowledgeable in doing CAD.
Can provide good service.
Must give quality assurance.
Knowledgeable in repair of tiles, painting, roofing, signage and electric breaker.
Willing to travel for branch inspection if necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of branch maintenance/repairs.
Coordination with branch heads, contractors and technicians.
Document controller for all repairs and maintenance, plans, checklist and request.
Preparation for Material Billing for all maintenance and repairs Projects.
