Project Development Assistant
Project Coordination: Monitor project schedules, construction status, and inventory tracking. Market Research: Assist in competitive studies, site evaluations, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project briefs, reports, and administrative documentation to support leadership.
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams (finance, marketing, construction) and external partners (brokers, government offices).
Operations Support: Assist in permitting, licensing, and turnover of units to buyers.
Administrative Tasks: Organize project files, maintain tracking systems (e.g., Notion, QuickBooks), and schedule meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
