  • 1 Year Ticketing BPO Experience₱26,000 + 10% Night Differential

  • 2 Years Ticketing BPO Experience₱28,000 + 10% Night Differential

  • 3+ Years Ticketing BPO Experience₱30,500 + 10% Night Differential

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year Ticketing BPO experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

  • Open to a blended (voice, chat, and email) support environment

  • ₱23,000 + 10% Night Differential

Provide first-level IT support by assisting users with technical concerns, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests through a ticketing system.

  • With IT internship experience using a ticketing tool

  • Good English communication skills

  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
