POLICY ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor' s/College Degree in Any Course
• Must have at least 1 year work experience in customer service or policy administration
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly good with the use of MS Excel)
• Must be immediately available for employment
• Amenable to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and analyze payments credited to the policy’s/plan’s outstanding disbursement account and prepare request for refund of non-reinstatable and terminated policies
Handle payment of non-policy related transactions
Pick-up check from Treasury and handle enveloping, matching of check and cover letter with 100% accuracy
Handle various disbursement related projects/UAT such as systems enhancement and process improvement initiatives
Handle documentation/review of procedures
