Compensation and Benefits Senior Associate
I. PURPOSE
Responsible on monitoring, documenting, and overseeing, managing, and administering employees' rewards, perks and benefits. Helps in overseeing the company initiated and government mandated benefits administration to ensure all benefits are aligned with the company’s policies and goals, and compliant with the Philippine labor laws. Administers various employee benefit programs which requires confidential information. This role plays a critical part in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent through effective reward strategies.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Process and coordinate with HMO, prepare and monitors and checks reports, and billings
• Process and coordinates company-related and bank loans
• Assist in planning and implementing employee incentive and retention programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Assist in the communication and education of employees about benefit offerings through employee orientation.
• Ensure C&B practices comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for audits and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze reports on compensation and benefits trends, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Support and participate in C&B-related projects such as HR system implementations, policy updates, and new program rollouts.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.
• Administer various employee benefit (company initiated and government mandated) which requires confidential information.
• Daily IVANTI Ticketing monitoring for C&B Team
• Update and closely monitor C&B actions across our tracking systems and database
• Process and monitors all government related benefit programs, procedures, and requirements with confidential information.
• Answer employee queries and requests on compensation and benefit matters.
• Assist with HR initiatives
• Other tasks related to the achievement of HR’s goals and objectives as may be needed from time to time
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
• Graduate of any 4-year course
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• 6 months work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits.
• Preferably handled Employee Benefits administration
C. Competency
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and compensation software is a plus.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compensation guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proven administrative skills, particularly file organization and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
• Compressed work week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Amenable to render overtime (if necessary)
