Who are we looking for:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are expected to lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.

Conduct briefing of warehouse personnel and discuss issues, concerns and targets.
Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
Ensure adherence to the correct processes and that all staff are trained in these processes.
Read e-mails and address concerns from stores, merchandising and other departments.
Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities
What does it take to be part of the team?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
In-depth understanding of picking, warehousing/logistics.
Knowledge of current principles and practices of warehouse operations.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Knowledge of basic computer applications including inventory reporting.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Willing to be assigned in Alfamart Distribution Center, 3M Industrial Park, Barangay Prinza, Calamba City, Laguna (Alfamart DC Batino)
