Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Relevant certifications are a plus:
3–5 years proven experience in Facilities Management or a related field
Knowledge in trades and systems: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical, fire systems, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant facility management software
Familiarity with Quality tools: 5S, SPC, PDCA, 8D, Kaizen, ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, 14001, 45001
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
