Senior Marketing Associate
The Sr. Marketing Associate provides essential support to the TOMORO COFFEE Marketing Team by assisting in daily marketing operations, executing Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities, coordinating with franchisees and internal teams, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative and Coordination Support
• Prepare and process marketing-related documents such as transmittals, reimbursements, RFPs, purchase requests, job orders, and liquidations.
• Maintain organized marketing files, reports, schedules, trackers, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and franchise partners regarding marketing requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Team.
2. Digital Marketing & Community Management
• Assist in conceptualization, creation, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, subject to approval of the Senior Marketing Officer.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, emails, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and partner communities including:
○ Talent sourcing and outreach
○ Communication and relationship management
○ Content briefing and coordination
○ Scheduling of posts
○ Monitoring deliverables and performance
3. Local Store Marketing (LSM)
• Conduct branch visits to ensure proper implementation and compliance with marketing guidelines, visuals and campaign materials.
• Monitor branch marketing needs and recommend necessary support materials or activations.
• Coordinate with branch teams and franchisees regarding promotional executions and local initiatives.
• Gather and report branch-level marketing performance, photos, and feedback.
• Assist in on-ground events, partnerships, and community activations when needed.
Work Setup
• Office-based with possible field visits.
• Works closely with Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Officer,, Graphic Designer, Store/Franchise Partners and other Departments.
Qualifications
• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, influencer coordination, LSM, or admin support preferred.
• Knowledgeable in content creation, community management, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace.
• Willing to do fieldwork for branch visits, activations, and events.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
