Driver Fraud Operation Coordinator, SPX Express

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor and analyze data to identify suspicious rider behavior and potential fraud patterns

• Apply and interpret fraud rules to investigate and validate flagged cases

• Run data checks and generate insights to support fraud detection and prevention efforts

• Handle rider complaints and appeals related to fraud decisions in a clear and professional manner

• Document cases and collaborate with operations and risk teams to improve fraud controls

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in operations, fraud, risk, or customer support roles

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or transportation environments preferred

• Prior experience in fraud detection or similar roles is a strong advantage

SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data analysis, basic formulas, reporting)

• Ability to interpret rules, data patterns, and exceptions accurately

• Good communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Comfortable working with data and making judgment-based decisions

• Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
