CALL CENTER AGENT! We Accept | Fresh SHS Grad (CDO SITE)

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for telecommunications services.

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical issues.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Meet performance metrics and service level expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 months of Call Center experience.

  • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level preferred).

  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Salary Package: Up to ₱21,000 per month.
