Reports and Data analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Job holder who analyses data sets to find ways to solve problems relating to business's customers; by communicating useful information and insights to the management and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management

• Handle database migration and build a data dictionary.

• Support data governance and ensure proper data protection/retention.

• Collect data from internal and external sources (market studies, demographics, public statistics).

• Transform raw data into business intelligence insights (data mining).

• Analyze local, national, and global trends for customer focus and sales forecasting.

2. Data Analysis

• Clean raw data and correct corrupted information.

• Use automated tools to extract data from sources.

• Maintain databases and organize data in readable formats.

• Establish secure data storage systems.

• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

• Make data accessible and understandable for stakeholders.

3. Report Presentation and Recommendation

• Prepare reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis results.

• Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.

• Design dashboards that encourage decision-making and business management relevance.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, Computer, Statistics, Mathematics, or Management course.

• Minimum 6 months in related data analysis work.

• Collaboration and mathematical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and G-Suites (Google sheets).

• Presentation skills, Verbal and written skills, accuracy and attention to detail

• Data governance, data quality best practices and industry standards.
