MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABest Express Inc.' as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training programme to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a successful store manager. This is a full-time role based in Batangas City, Batangas.

What you'll be doing

• Receive extensive training across all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and financial management

• Assist the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring efficient and effective operations

• Develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of retail associates

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store experience

• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain high standards

• Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with the regional management team to drive the store's success

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, retail management, or a related discipline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools

• Passion for the retail industry and a desire to grow within a dynamic organisation
