Retail Area Manager (Multi-Store)

Job Details:

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring consistent achievement of sales, operational, and customer service objectives. The role focuses on optimizing store performance, upholding company standards, developing and supporting teams, and facilitating the successful launch and expansion of branches within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of multiple branches.

• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of business targets.

• Monitor and maintain operational and customer service standards.

• Lead, coach, and support store management teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Analyze branch performance and implement improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate the execution of new branch launches and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.

• At least 3–5 years of experience managing multiple retail locations, ideally within convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, or other high-volume retail settings.

• Demonstrated success in increasing sales, managing expenses, and consistently meeting operational and financial performance targets.

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities, with experience mentoring Store Managers and fostering high-performing teams.
